Air shock issues on my Trike

The air shocks on my trike aren't really cushioning bumps like they should. The control panel shows zero pressure, so I thought there was still some spring support. Yesterday, I hit a big dip and bottomed out badly. One shock looked weird where the rubber meets the metal. When I push the pump button, it clicks but doesn't sound like it's working. How do I check the compressor and shocks properly?

If your trike's air shocks show zero pressure and the compressor just clicks, first check the fuse and wiring. If it's not actually running, it may be bad. Look over the airlines for leaks with soapy water, and inspect the shock with the odd rubber-to-metal spot , if its damaged or leaking, you'll likely need a new one.

There are 5 things that are probably wrong here, ranging from a relay to the compressor and everything inbetween. You can some checks at home, kudos for @moolahzoola for the suggestions, but at the end of the day, take it to the place that had the suspension installed. If they installed it, then they worked on more than just one bike, so they'll do a much better job at finding out the issue.
