Hello, I once built a trike with a 1500 ford inline 4 engine and Borg Warner auto box. The foot brake was part of the cylinder it was pre power assist. The brake line went to the rear car axle so they were matched. In those days 'mini' used a pressure reduce valve to their front drums. I got one of these and put it in a line from the front brake cylinder to one of the disc brakes on the motorcle front forks. The other front disk brake was worked independently by a motorcycle hand brake on the handlebars. This meant on normal breaking you touched the foot brake and front and back came on causing even braking but in emergency you could also slam on the hand brake. Of course their was also a 'hand brake' not sure if this is a 'parking brake' in the USA. Using the parking brake you could do a handbrake turn which was cool on a trike.
